Terms & Conditions.

Your right to cancel.

1). All items are handmade and sold by Bridal De Vine.

3).Items will be sent via Royal Mail First Class or Signed For. Postage costs will be added to the total cost at the check out. Special Delivery or Overseas Mail Costs will have additional charges.

4). Most items will be dispatched within 30 days. Some items may take longer, you will be contacted should the anticipated delivery exceed 30 days. If your order is urgent please call or email before you order to confirm an anticipated delivery date. In most cases Bridal De Vine will endeavour to meet your requirements.

5). Bespoke orders, (that is designs not featured on the website), items made to measure and Special Orders will be subject to 50% deposit and payment on completion prior to dispatch by Bridal De Vine. During the process photos of the item will be sent to the customer for approval.

NOTE; Bespoke, made to measure and Special Orders are non refundable and are not covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6). Payment must be made by credit card or debit card,  this is a secure method of payment for the customer. Bridal De Vine are not provided any card details by Pay Pal. If you wish to pay via cheque, cash or Bank Transfer please contact Bridal De Vine before you order.

7). Your right to cancel. (Not applicable to Bespoke, Special or made to measure orders).

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision by letter sent by post or email. You may use the Model Cancellation Form but it is not obligatory. CLICK HERE FOR THE CANCELLATION FORM.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel your contract, we will reimburse  to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. All goods must be returned unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than;

(a). 14 days after we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b). (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

8). Alterations at the customers request.

Minor alterations will normally be done free of charge plus postage. Larger alterations will incur a charge plus postage. Please email or call before returning any item for alteration.
